As it's Friday I thought something a bit lighthearted was in order - did you know that it's Hedgehog Day? As a child I remember seeing hedgehogs all the time (and so I didn't pay them much attention) but now they seem so special. I felt really honoured last summer when a mother and two babies (hoglets) took up residence in my garden for a while. The photo is of the mum eating cat food - this is much better for them than the bread and milk I seem to remember putting out when I was young.
And did you know that the collective noun for hedgehogs is an array? I wonder what the collective noun for consultants might be - let me know your suggestions!!
